Final DRAFT of my music magazines DPS

This is my final draft of my double page spread.  I chose not to stick with the recurring colour of the text, which was red. This was partly to do with the fact that the DPS background colour is red, but also that I wanted to change it to more piercing and powerful colours, which is why I chose yellow and white, as those colours on a red background really makes it eye catching and makes you want to read what is on the page.

I again decided to make this page cluttered, as it really hooks the reader, making them want to read every bit of detail on the pages. I also made the text go around the artist on the page, as I feel it makes it look more interesting and not boring, like some of the magazines I have seen that just have one main image, and the text beside it, not really appealing to a teenage audience.

Overall, this is the sort of layout I would like my final DPS to be like, with images scattered around the article, making it look more interesting and less dull. I also would like to keep the colours the same, as they are very bold, eye catching and really stands out.
